FAQ’s
What wax do you use?
We use 100% Vegan and Cruelty Free Soy Wax. The soy wax we use has no toxins, carcinogens, or pollutants and is sustainably sourced and renewable, making it a more eco-friendly choice compared to traditional paraffin wax candles. It also has a lower melting point, which means it burns slower and more evenly, resulting in a longer-lasting candle.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
All of our soy candles are made with 100% soy wax flakes and high grade oils. We don't test on animals and the ingredients we use are also cruelty free.
Do your wicks contain lead?
No. All of our wicks are made of cotton and are lead free.
Do you have a store?
Currently no, we sell our products online. However we do have local stockists which sell our products. These stores can be found on our stockist page.
We also attend local craft fairs across North Wales which we advertise through our social media and newsletter.
One day we hope to open a store in our local community!
Why are there wet spots on my candle?
These spots are caused by wax shrinkage, often referred to a Wax Pull Away. Wax naturally constricts when it is cool and expands when it is warm, so the spots aren’t wet spots, it is what occurs when the wax pulls away from the glass. This has absolutely no effect on the burn time or quality of the candle or its ability to fragrance well.
Can the glass jars be reused?
Yes!
Once there is about 1/4 inch of wax left, stop using the candle. Use caution and care when removing the remaining wax, wicks and any labels.
We suggest to gently scrape out the wax and wicks/wick stickers with a plastic utensil.
REMEMBER... dispose all wax in the bin - never put wax down the drain. Then place the container in hot soapy water to soften any residue and labels, and wash, rinse and dry.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Currently no, but this is something we’re looking to do in the near future.
Do you offer physical gift cards?
As we have not yet got a store, we only offer eGiftcard.
What’s the minimum and maximum amount I can add to a eGiftcard?
We currently offer £10 and £20 on our website. However, the minimum is £5 and the maximum you can get is £50. Please contact us to purchase a eGiftcard which is not on our website.
Can I use my eGiftcard more than once?
Yes, when you use your eGiftcard the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. Change will not be given.
